Once the order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change in any condition.

Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by emailing info@afterhoursstudio.com.hk within 7 days (with photo attachment). After checking, we will issue a replacement. The shipping, tax and duties ' costs on the replacements will not be charged. Please ensure that all returned items must be in well packaged. The original sales invoice is also required. Otherwise, afterhours. reserves the right to refused to exchange.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days after successful payment. Orders received on Sunday, public holidays or after office hours will be processed on the next business day. If the delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when in the special situation, an alternative delivery date will be announced.

Free shipping within Hong Kong area on orders over HKD $500.

Free delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay are not applicable.

Delivery to postal box or hotel is not accepted. Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau are not applicable.

An extra delivery fee of HK$50 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase if customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay.
